“Polyseal Company provides quick and professional services! Our crawl space had R-19 fiberglass batting on the walls and rim joists, but insulating rim joists can never be done as well with fiberglass as it can with spray-type insulation because many areas are hard to reach and the insulation becomes compressed in many places. Also, the fiberglass leaked badly in our windy area, and this was evidence by the many dark spots on the fiberglass batts.
We had our crawlspace walls sprayed, including the rim joists. Before applying the insulation, our floors were colder close to the exterior walls. Now the floors are the same temperature up to the walls. The fiberglass that originally covered the crawlspace walls now is laid on the crawlspace floor, which also helps.
The crawlspace is now toasty warm. Simply amazing and certainly money well spent. I recommend the Polyseal Company with their foam-based product.
