Choosing Polyseal over the other urethanes or conventional batting for our home weatherization project was simple. The cost effectiveness and Soy-Based technology topped other urethanes, and the air sealing qualities and true R-Values made batting seem too much of a hassle for too little payoff. A few minutes to decide, a day for expandable magic and I was in a warmer, draft free home hanging sheetrock and dreaming of energy stars.

Polyseal Company provides quick and professional services! Our crawl space had R-19 fiberglass batting on the walls and rim joists, but insulating rim joists can never be done as well with fiberglass as it can with spray-type insulation because many areas are hard to reach and the insulation becomes compressed in many places. Also, the fiberglass leaked badly in our windy area, and this was evidence by the many dark spots on the fiberglass batts.

We had our crawlspace walls sprayed, including the rim joists. Before applying the insulation, our floors were colder close to the exterior walls. Now the floors are the same temperature up to the walls. The fiberglass that originally covered the crawlspace walls now is laid on the crawlspace floor, which also helps.

The crawlspace is now toasty warm. Simply amazing and certainly money well spent. I recommend the Polyseal Company with their foam-based product.

I had 5" of Polyseal Insulation sprayed in my crawl space from the rim joist to the floor. The crew showed up on time, completed the job and were gone in 2 and a half hours. This included 20 minutes to warm up the foam before they sprayed.

They did a very professional job and what a difference in the temperature of my floors!

Wow! I am REALLY impressed with the insulation! I have been able to keep 2400 sq. ft. of a slab warm with just a 2000-watt electric heater. This heater has kept it at a minimum of 40 degrees so far. Great product, and you have all been excellent to work with and very knowledgeable.
